This new animated video outlines the key features of the Taskize platform. Popular with clients when they onboard new users, we also wanted to share it more widely as it’s a great intro to some of the key benefits of Taskize.

1. The platform is used to raise and respond to Taskize Bubbles, our version of a secure shared problem ticket, that enables you to collaborate with your counterparties internally, and externally.
2. The Taskize Smart Directory automatically identifies and contacts the right person to resolve a Bubble. It doesn’t matter if you don’t know their name or contact details, Taskize will allocate the most appropriate user based on their role and workload.
3. The Bubble blotter provides an overview of all your activity, allowing you to prioritise, identify and escalate issues as needed.
4. Our built-in MI reporting delivers insights into all your operational activity, measuring resolution time and providing root cause analysis so your team can improve processes and reduce the risk of future issues.
