Taskize and Symphony integration ‘phase two’ unveiled at Symphony Innovate 2024

Symphony Innovate 2024 brought together hundreds of industry leaders in New York. They shared insights, showcased live demos of products and integrations, and provided case studies on how technological advancements have transformed the Symphony community of financial services organisations.

Taskize partnered with Symphony back in 2023, when we revealed Phase One of the integration at Symphony Innovate in London, demonstrating the interoperability between the two platforms. 

This year, our Head of Product, Kishan Bharwad, took the stage in New York to unveil the latest evolution of our exception management workflow. This innovation represents a pivotal moment in facilitating inter-company collaboration, as Taskize and Symphony users seamlessly navigate complex workflows without having to leave their existing platforms.

Kishan also showed examples of how interoperability for query resolution increases capacity, minimises risk and improves client service.
